E2E CUSTOMER SERVICE

Course content and activities: Run in partnership with Jobwise Training, this course provides young people with the core skills to work at entry level in Customer Services or progress to an Apprenticeship in this area. It provides training and knowledge in the following areas: Customer interaction, Business principles, Communication and Application of number key skills, Finance – personal money management, Recruitment, Selling skills, Interview skills, Presentation and communication skills

Course location: Jobwise Training, Sycamore House, 5 Sycamore Street, London EC1V 0SG

Entry Requirements: No formal qualifications required. Learners should demonstrate some potential to work in customer-focussed businesses and services.

Additional support available: Key Skills, ICT, Dyslexia support, Personal and Social development, Guidance and Jobsearch.
           
Course duration: The period of time learners spend n the course is based on their identified needs. The maximum length of stay is 40 weeks.
